The 28-year-old The Legend of Hercules star got the truth out there on Ryan Seacrest's KIIS FM radio show Monday, Jan. 6, calling the relationship bits of gossip "humorous."
"It simply makes me chuckle," he said. "I've been companions with Miley for like six years. She's an extraordinary young lady… We are companions [and] we run in the same loop."

News Kellan and the 21-year-old "Wrecking Ball" vocalist were making out a month ago at a club in Miami and again at the opening of Beacher's Madhouse in Las Vegas.
